We checked-in at 2am and Abdullah at Reception was exceptionally welcoming and friendly. The check-in was smooth which was great as the kids were very tired and these small things go a long way when travelling with young children. Breakfast was superb, lots of options to suit all tastes, and the breakfast staff was extremely friendly and no request was too much trouble. The room was spacious and very comfortable and elegant, exceeded our expectations frankly. Well done team Donatello !!
