Trying to use this app, I was trying to make a reservation for the 27th. I confirmed twice, because I had to change it back to the 27th. However, when I looked at the confirmation, the date had been changed to the 28th. Hotels.com didn’t work with us to fix the problem. The hotel tried to charge us twice the amount when we tried to correct the date. We had to file a complaint with our credit card company to try and resolve the problem. We are not happy with Hotels.com at all.

I was so glad to find a place to stay last minute while traveling alone with my kids. The hotel was nice enough, but the room we stayed in was not very clean, there was a spider on the floor, hair on the bathroom sink, and the shower curtain was dirty. The door bolt also didn’t latch properly. I wish I had asked to switch rooms, but I didn’t think about it until we were unpacked for the night. (And didn’t find some of the things until later- like the shower curtain).

The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The only thing that may be worth considering if you are traveling with a large group of girls that will be staying in multiple rooms by themselves, is that they also have a lot of construction workers staying there. We did not have one issue but I would've booked a different hotel had I known.

I don't give this hotel any stars, the service was terrible, they don't clean the rooms, the breakfast is a disaster and for the price it doesn't represent what they charge.... bad experience I don't recommend it, one of the worst experiences I've had staying in hotels
