"Pathetic Service but good rooms"

Quality of rooms and location

Very rude behaviour of two receptionist with moustache, one of them Purshottam. He has attitude problem as if I am staying for free. He won't give manager number saying he has gone to Gulf. Please do something otherwise these guys will ruin this beautiful hotel Food delivery guy was very polite and professional.
