I actually didn't like much, as compared to any other trips I have taken before in ksa

First of all we booked for the sole reason that they had a swimming pool in which my 3year old son could play. Unfortunately my son couldn't play as they let any family to use the pool inspite of my husband going to the reception and asking 3 - 4 times about the vacancy of the pool. Management is pathetic. And they are not sorry about the situation they made us face and lying on top of it that they called to the room and informed, which was a total lie as I myself was in the room since mornin waiting to take my son to the pool. The washroom flush wasn't working which was quite an uncomfortable situation, for the price booked I believe facilities should have been better. When we entered the room no cups or any refreshments like tea or coffee sachets were there which normally any hotel with even the lowest cost provides, these were as it is charging quite an amount.
