I liked the Front desk people's attention. Always attentive.

Breakfast is boring. Everyday is the same. Service ends at 09:30, but if you arrive at 09:00 or 09:15 you take the risk of not having much to eat or drink. When you say "service stops at 09:30" the clents who arrive at 09:29 AM must be served the same way than those who arrive at 08:00 AM. Who is responsible for it?

This property has a 10 out of 10 potential, yet it is obviously focusing on Colombian guests and comes with some major annoyances. 1. Like often in amateur run Colombian hotels there is zero preventive room maintenance. Safe did not work. Remote control for AC was low in batteries. 2. Breakfast is poor, even for Colombian standards that is. 2 star breakfast. 3. The major issue is noise. Colombia is a loud country and people don't even realize when they are noisy. The windows of the room face the interior courtyard and have a single glass window with zero noise protection. The door has a big gap at the bottom. That makes the rooms super light hearing, you can hear every word from outside. There is seating areas next to many rooms and Columbians are social people. They sit there and talk loudly at 6 in the morning as well as at 10 p.m. 4. I did ask for a particularly quiet room in advance and got it confirmed. I ended up in the noisiest room of the hotel, closest to the pool, the pool bar, breakfast room and major seating areas. The manager was nice yet obviously a hospitality industry amateur without any international experience.
