Urban Park Suites Hotel

I enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff.If i want to come again is specially because of the lovely staff.

The place was empty and boring,The swimming pool was not functioning,The lounge wasn't open,The food and drinks prices were very expensive.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. Everyone from the front desk staff, cleaning staff, restaurant staff, massage therapist and security made our trip to Rwanda so much better!

The only reason I didn't rate this hotel a 10 is b/c the power to the room is shut off when you remove your key card. Because of this, we had some food that went bad in fridge while we were out exploring the city for 12+ hours.

The location is great. You are next to many shops and restaurants. The staff was great. Room was a good size. There is parking.

The elevator didn't work. The pool was closed. The restaurant took well over an hour to provide our food. One of the bathrooms had a horrible drainage smell that required to leave the window open to address. Leaving the window open attracts mosquitoes. The refrigerator was filled with the mini bar items which left no room for anything else.

The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The staff were very friendly and responsive. Overall an excellent experience.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. My only minor critique would be that the laundry services were quite expensive, so I decided to do my own after I returned home.

Comfortable and friendly place. The suites were nice and spacious. The staff was always very helpful. The food was good.

A couple things to improve on: 1) Make clear on the website that certain services like the pool and the rooftop bar are not available. I specifically chose this hotel because it had a pool, and was disappointed that I couldn't use it. 2) Please provide coffee-mate or another coffee creamer in the rooms. 3)Please consider water in glass bottles instead of plastic bottles, or provide a pitcher of boiled water to each room, to avoid plastic waste.
