STAFF AT TEH RECEPTION SOUNDS VERY RUDE AND NO ONE AT THE RECEPTION. WAITED FOR A WHILE , CALLING THEM BUT NO RESPONSE. WHEN I APPROACHED A MALE STAFF , HE WAS RUDE.
