Location was convenient. Good view as it is one of the rare high rise buildings in town. Free parking was beneficial for me. Staff was friendly. Definitely value for money. Overall a good experience for my first time in Kluang.

I think the hotel and rooms would have been more appealing if the hotel were to renovate it to be more modern (it seemed like the last renovation was done quite long ago). While the room may have some wears and tears at corners / ceiling, the expectations matched the price paid. Wifi was also weak in the room I stayed in.

Facilities are rather old and don't expect much. Room 1203 (room corridor light and hotel phone not working and toilet paper missing even upon check-in) and 1206 (no door latch)

Still accessible to most locations.

Hotel facilities need to fix. My room doesn't have a latch, kind of worried if anyone can just come in to our room 1206 when we are sleeping. Another room 1203 where my parents staying is lack of toilet paper when started to check-in, room telephone was not working, room corridor light was not working. Take quite a while to wait for the hotel attendant to settle the issues. Sigh...
