Staff was super friendly, room was clean and comfortable with a great view

Everything was amazing

The bed and pillows were comfortable, the receptionist was very kind and the room was clean. Free parking is available.

They told us that the breakfast is from 7 to 10h, but when we go to the restaurant at 9:30, the main chef told us that they serve breakfast till 9:30h. After some negotiation she made breakfast for us, which was very good. There is only ceiling shower, no handlend... Also in the bathroom they dont have hangers for the towels.

Friendly staff, clean and working facilities, staff helped us with parking.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It’s in a great location—just a short walk from the center of town, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The accommodations were very comfortable, the AC worked well, and there was always hot water. But the best part was the staff. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They made us breakfast twice during our stay, and both meals were absolutely amazing. They also took care of our laundry and sent it out for us, making everything so easy. If you’re visiting Steep and don’t stay here, you’re making a mistake. Highly recommend!
