七階でしたが、窓からの見晴らしもよかった。 防音もよい方で、外部の音も気にならなかった。 ユニットバスでしたが、バスタブにお湯が溜めやすく、ゆっくり浸かることができた。

コーヒーのサービスや自販機などが、一階にしかないため、やや不便な感じがした。
