Lagaria Hotel

Staff gentilissimo, camera nuova, bagno nuovo, ampia terrazza che dava sul giardino a piano terra, buona colazione dolce e salata anche con specialità greche, bella piscina con lettini molto comodi. Vicino al centro del paese, si trova da parcheggiare nelle vicinanze. Abbiamo pure usufruito della sauna e del bagno turco inclusi nel prezzo.

Hotel Lagaria spełnił nasze wszelkie oczekiwania. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Wspaniała obsluga, lokalizacja w urokliwym miasteczku, pokoje bardzo ładne, wygodne materace, czajnik i ekspres z kawką w pokoju, czyściutko, pokoje codziennie sprzątane, fajny basen, bardzo dobre śniadania, czego chcieć więcej. Polecamy ten hotel, naprawdę było super 😀

The location was fine, but it was completely overshadowed by the hostile management and terrible service.

Our stay was completely ruined by the hotel's constant attempts to rip us off and mistreat us. First, the room we booked had a shared balcony, but management kept it locked the entire time. They openly tried to upsell us to a pricier room just so we could access an amenity we should have already had. Second, the hygiene is a major concern. I ordered a frappe by the pool, and the milk was completely spoiled. I ended up with severe stomach issues and gas, losing an entire night of sleep because of their bad dairy. To make matters worse, they cut our promised time at the hammam short. When we left, the reception staff aggressively cornered us and threatened to charge us extra compensation because my mother’s hair color had slightly transferred onto a white towel. Hair dye on a towel is standard wear and tear for any hotel, easily fixed by industrial washing. Instead, they used it as a bullying tactic to scam us out of more money, leaving my mother incredibly stressed and unable to enjoy the final days of our vacation. On the morning of checkout, they cowarded out, acted like nothing happened, and didn't even offer an apology for their behavior or for making me sick. Unprofessional, manipulative, and terrible hospitality. Avoid this place.
