"Wonderful!"

The staff were incredibly attentive, especially Ms. Katherina and the lady at the reception during the night shift. The breakfast was very good, and the staff’s warmth and sincerity made it a 10/10 experience. I highly recommend this place!

The pool was nice and the receptionist was very friendly

The staff was not cleaning the room on regular basis, they did not change our bed sheets or the towels. We asked to get some cartoon cups from the kitchen, and they were not happy about it. Sometimes we would hear nationalistic terms such Kosovo is Serbia.
