Hotel Parker at Quarter Circle 7

The hotel exceeded my expectations the staff were absolutely friendly. The location was great as well as the amenities. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will definitely will be recommending to our friends and family.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was okay. They have a nice indoor pool and outdoor hot tub. The restaurant next door, the Spicewood, was very good with prices from moderate to expensive. We've stayed here several times and have always been happy.

I stayed here with my wife March 6, 2025. 1. They charge $20 more than the online price when you walk in - but said they'd match the online price if I could pull it up on my phone - that is not customer friendly, when we were saving them them the commission they pay online. 2. We were put in Room 126 right after a family with a baby we waited for was put in Room 128. I later learned that rooms 118, 120, 122, and 124 were all empty, so the check-in person wanted to ruin our night. 3. The walls are thin so I was awoken by the family talking from 1 to 2 a.m. and couldn't sleep. The night man told me they were not talking loud enough for him to knock on the door, but told me about all the empty rooms with no on on either side of them and gave me a key to move to one of those, but we had a lot of stuff so didn't move. I went outside at 1:40 a.m. and took photos of the parking lot showing there were only four vehicles so the place was practically empty. 4. The bathroom is old and crummy with the cheapest toilet paper. 5. The soap doesn't work - I put a lot repeatedly on a washcloth, and with some water, scrubbing my entire body never saw any sign of soap. 6. BREAKFAST IS TERRIBLE - no fruit, no juice, runny oatmeal, weak bad-tasting coffee, small egg and potato squares. 7. Someone tried to use the espresso machine and was scolded, told he had to pay for that coffee! And this for a high price. STAYING HERE WAS A BIG MISTAKE. THIS IS NOT A NICE PLACE. I GREATLY WISH I STAYED AT THE HAMPTON INN across the street which has a better breakfast and better rooms.

Bed was ok and room was clean

Was disappointed in breakfast, pool and whirlpool were too far from building, tv did not work properly and notified desk first day but did not fix it.

Very nice, everything. Parking, building, rooms, staff.

Well kept property with some non-chain western charm. Nice pool and hot tub.
