The location is perfect. Right in the center. Personel was great, even solving issues with noisy guests with charm.

Some of the facilities are showing signs of wearing off. The fitness room needs to get aired out and cleaned up. The bathroom main light was not working.

Zima v izbe, špinavé a roztrhané povlečenie. Nefunkčná klimatizácia.

Recepčný bol veľmi milý, úslužný. Čašník na raňajkách bol tiež fajn, milý. Parkovacie miesto sme mali hneď pred vchodom do hotela. Lokalita výborná, v centre, dostupnosť do reštaurácií, Kauflandu...

Hluk na izbe z chodby bol ozaj veľký, máte pocit, že hostia chodiaci na chodbe sú vo vašej izbe. Raňajky trvali od 7:00 do 10:00, o 8:20 už bol výber malý, žiadna zelenina, praženica, párky. Praženicu a párky nám pán čašník dal ochotne dorobiť. Pán čašník vedel, že ešte prídu štyria hostia, stôl mohol byť prestretý, zbierali sme si poháre a príbory z iných stolov. Na čaj by mal mať hotel väčšie šálky. V kúpeľni by mal byť fén na vlasy.
