The Fountaine Inn

The room was lovely, the bath was amazing and it was well equipped.

The facilities were of a high standard.

Nothing to find fault with.

A beautifully renovated small studio, just exactly what we needed

Underfloor heating 🤣🤣🤣 only because it was actually too warm🙄, turning it off does not reduce the temperature quickly🙄

We really enjoyed our stay here, great location,good food, friendly staff and a lovely room. We would definitely stay again!

Expensive to stay , room was dusty and shower dirty , shower wouldn’t get hot and water pressure kept dropping , slow service at breakfast

Great food. Huge portions… would have asked for smaller portion of fish and chips if I’d realised. Hate wasting food. Nice traditional pub, cosy fires, friendly staff, great beer and good choice of non alcoholic drinks. Hadn’t realised our room was outside the pub building but it was very comfortable, warm, and well equipped. Always great to get access to fresh milk for our tea.

The bar staff on arrival weren't overly friendly. The room wasn't actually in the pub but up a track. There wasn't any milk for the room. The hallway was freezing. The food was average. There was a really bright exit light in room which lit the whole room up.
