Potawatomi Inn & Cabins

The location is beautiful and the hotel was clean. I loved the ability to have the family suite where everyone had their own bed.

There wasn’t much hot water and the fan was noisy.

It’s location. Beautiful surroundings with wonderful trails.

The place was in need of attention. Some area needed house cleaning. Lamps and sockets in our room did not work.

liked the patio area with picnic table. the room was nice but could have used a large table like in the cabins, because the weather was not warm enough to use the exterior table

i really missed the pinball machine in the game room, im retired and have no interest in all those video games

Hot tub was nice and relaxing! Game room was neat,trails,Bob the racoon,lol the midnight staff ladies were awesome! Enjoyed our talks when id go out to smoke...very sweet ladies 😊 neat lil gift shop!

The craft room wasn't open...very sad ab that and yes I forgot to go to front desk bc I was hiking and then hot tub but went and asked around 9ish if I could possibly still get...she said no it was too late...I get if the room would have been open and the hours but cmon its just a craft,would have been nice to be able to still get one. Other than that nothing was bad

Staff was very friendly and helpful, check in/out process smooth

Wish pool was open later, maybe adult hours for pool, did not think cost was necessarily reflective of amenities /room

Room was quiet and clean. Bed was soft, which we liked. We were close to the library, which was nice.

Dinner at the restaurant (buffet) was just ok. Everything looked dry. Like it had sat there for awhile. We went out to eat after that.
