Good location and nice room. But need a better maintenance and management.

No hot water for shower, bad WiFi, no towels ready in the room. Bedsheet not clean. Poor quality for pillows. Staff not professional and not able to fix complaints efficiently.

I have to highlight the very kind and helpful staff. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very nice — I appreciated the comfortable bed and the hot shower. The bar makes great drinks and serves excellent coffee. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the market and the beach.

Staff is polite and helpful. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean. Location is great. Quite safe and lively environment.

The hangout area on the rooftop wasn't cleaned up properly. The tables and chairs had dust. The Eating area wasn't cleaned up. Also there were no tissue papers provided there. The Mixed Dorm bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working.

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The water in the shower didn’t work properly and kept stopping while I was using it. There was a loud party right outside my room, and people were constantly walking past the window, so there was no privacy unless the curtains were fully closed. The room was also quite dirty and dusty. I honestly don’t understand how this property has such high ratings. There was no breakfast provided, and because of the noise and lack of comfort, I decided to leave earlier to get some rest elsewhere. I requested a refund for the unused nights, but it was not approved. Overall, a very unpleasant experience.
