All the staff were very helpful. The hotel runs a shuttle to the main lift areas.

It’s not the fault of the hotel but there were a lot of noisy children during our stay.

Hotel Evaldo is a truly great place in Arabba. The hotel is well positioned for many hikes in the surrounding area, whether you start on foot or choose to drive to a different small town as a starting point. There is electric vehicle charging station in the hotel. The staff and restaurant offer are beyond imagination. Tasty food, plenty to choose from, attentive service. During the stay my friend lost her wallet in a rifugio where we stopped to eat earlier in the day and realized it only upon return to the hotel. The receptionist and her team worked wonders, the wallet was found and the team from Rifugio Puez even delivered it to the valley next day on they helicopter supply run!

I personally would like to have a coffee machine in the room, for the slow morning start. Otherwise, nothing else.
