"Affordable place"

The place is nicely located inside a subdivision. Near Sm Lucena. However, the road is rough going to the place. It is affordable but the water faucet and shower needs some maintenance as water continues to drip. The small kitchen with ref is a big plus if you want to cook. The staffs are very accommodating.

The location is inside a subdivision, there is a very long rough road but once inside, there are tricycles to get you to places
