"it was great and good experience, i really enjoyed the stay in this hotel , thanks to all staff,"

there was limited option of breakfast specially Hilal food. the major problem was the language understanding staff do not understand English and they do use translator but they could not understand actual meaning of customer request. also they do not proper convey the facility , the customer can use. eg room sleepers and the bath Gel etc are not disposed item and customer can not carry with him, this should tell to customer before check out. any how all is good there only little things are not good

Breakfast options specially Hilal food, room sleepers hand wash bath gel and shampoo should be for use of customer and should allow to carry with them
