Hotel Alpha

The hotel is in a perfect central yet quiet location — just a 10-minute walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the beautiful old town. The rooms are clean, bright, and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. I'll definitely be back! Highly recommended for couples, solo travelers, or families.

If going to lucern during summer - choose a hotel with aircon. Its too hot, and the fan the hotel provided hardly gives out air. It does not even reached our bed. Even opening the window does not helped hardly got any breeze. I attached a photo of the type of fan they provided to us. I requested for a fan replacement but the staff said they dont have any. They knew its hot because they are even using 2 fans in the recpetionist! There is no fridge in the room or common fridge - if you want you can ask them to place your food or drink in their fridge but they closes at night and only opens in the morning. I asked for cold water or even ice, the staff was a bit sarcastic and told me to just open the faucet and wait for the water to become cold. 🙄 He then gave a few little ice cube and said - this is the last one! Just note that the shared toilet and bath in the floor is just 1 toilet and 2 shower (per gender) Overall if i go back to lucern - i will not book here again

Nette accommodatie. Hadden gedeelde badkamers maar die waren zeer schoon. Op loopafstand van het centrum.

Houd er rekening mee dat er geen airconditioning is

Très bien localisé à 10 minutes à pied de la gare, arrêt de bus à proximité. Bon petit-déjeuner, personnel sympathique Propreté impecable

Confort sommaire et austère type "pensionnat" Trop cher pour ce que c'est, surtout avec les sanitaires communs

Location is great and facilities were clean

It’s insane how someones walking upstairs or in the same floor makes the entire room and windows move. It was impossible sleeping without earplugs

La habitación era espaciosa y cómoda y las ventanas aislaban bien el ruido exterior. Los baños eran compartidos pero estaban siempre impecables, y había una pequeña pica para poder asearse en la habitación. El desayuno sin mucha variedad pero tenía un poco de todo. El servicio muy amable.

Durante los días que estuve no limpiaron mi habitación. Salía antes de las 9am, dejaba el cartel en la puerta y cuando volvía alrededor de las 3pm la habitación seguía sin estar limpia. Si salía por la tarde, sucedía lo mismo. Fue un poco incómodo porque la basura se acumuló y no hubo cambio de sábanas/toallas. Siento que pagué por un servicio que no recibí.
