Hotel Alpha

I enjoyed my stay at the Alpha hotel. The location is great, within walking distance from the train station, the neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. My room was nice and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Our stay was great! The room and shared bathroom were both clean and well-maintained, and towels were provided. Our room included a buffet breakfast and they served a good variety of Swiss breakfast options. The staff were friendly and approachable, and the hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the Lucerne Bahnhof/train station. Overall, we had a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Excellent value for money, our room had a lovely balcony, it was very clean ,comfortable bed, had a fantastic sleep . Good breakfast. Lots to choose from . Lady on the desk was extremely helpful, chatty , giving us lots of information. Made us a cup went we arrived. Helpful with travel plugs etc . She is a credit to the hotel .

Not having tea making facilities in the room .

Breakfast is good. Lifts is good. Shared facilities e.g. toilet shower is good. We are offered kettle and mugs for making a cuppa in room.

No fridge in room. The male Receptionist is not very friendly. Taken some time to acknowledge customers, when responding, doesn’t seem to be willing to communicate. Always just a couple of words sitting at the far end of the table.
