La posizione è molto comoda

Il problema principale della struttura è la gestione del riscaldamento, che è centralizzato e spesso spento. Quando siamo arrivati la camera era gelida, lo abbiamo riferito al personale che non ci credeva, abbiamo dovuto invitarlo a controllare. Successivamente alla segnalazione li hanno accesi, il problema è che il giorno dopo si è ripetuta la stessa cosa. A questo punto ci è stato detto che non c’era freddo (all’esterno c’era una temperatura vicina a 0 gradi, e i riscaldamenti sono stati spenti per gran parte del pomeriggio. Siamo passati più volte in camera di passaggio e non lì abbiamo mai trovati neanche tiepidi). Per noi non concepibile trattare così degli ospiti. Il personale non è particolarmente cortese.
