It was an amazing experience. I was upgraded at no cost to the 4* property next door and could go to sleep with a full window view of the illuminated Basilica is St Francis up on the hill in Assisi.

le personnel sympathique mais assez peu professionnel,la taille de la chambre et la facilité pour se garer

l'isolation acoustique des chambres assez mince, le petit dejeuné tres décevant car beaucoup de produits non réapprovisionnés et un choix assez mediocre

Colazione spettacolare, e posizione ottima, anche il parcheggio.

Mi hanno telefonato dicendo che mi avevano fatto un upgrade. In verità il TH era chiuso e non ci è stato detto se non quando ho chiamato perché la reception era senza operatore.Allora ci hanno indicato il Cenacolo, a due passi.In più avevo prenotato a due letti e invece abbiamo avuto un letto matrimoniale. Avrei preferito chiarezza e letti twin.

Nous avons appris qu'après notre depart que nous avons été surclassé à l’Hôtel Cenacolo Mais malgré cela, l'accueil a été, par rapport aux autres établissements réservés ailleurs, était très très bien. La propreté, le confort et la proximité du lieu a été très appréciable. Une mention très spéciale pour le buffet du petit déjeuner et le personnel qui le servait. Très agréable. Je le retiens volontiers pour un prochain voyage a Assise.
