Place relative to haram

I spent 4 hours in the reception until housekeeping do the room. Check in was delayed till 5 pm and I was allowed to check in after a fight. Amenities & furniture of the hotel needs renovation

يوجد في الصور صورة مصلى، وهو ضروري بالنسبة لي، ومن أسباب اختياري للفندق، وفي الواقع والحقيقة لم نجد مصلى للأسف الشديد، فنرجوا حذف صورة المصلى من موقع بوكنق.

Reception, view and location was good

Cleanliness was not good

الموقع دقيقتين الي الحرم المكي تعامل موظفين الاستقبال ممتاز واشكرهم

الاسره نظيفه وشغل مرتب تحتاج الي تجديد الاسره فقط

The location of the hotel is very close to Harram. The receptionist Maher was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and room service promptly respond when needed.

The AC was a bit noisy, I wish they had a la carte menu to order from the restaurant at any time.

السلام عليكم انا انصح بالمكان من ناحية النظافه وحسن التعامل وقرب المسافه الي الحرم واتمنى ان يتم مراجعة الأسعار فهي مرتفعه قليلا

سعر اسئجر الغرفه مرتفع قليلا
