تعامل الموظف ماهر سيء جدا عدم استجابة من الإدارة العامة في حل مشكلة النت عدم وجود نت اطلاقا وجود ذباب بالغرفة لمدة 3 أيام مما جعلني ابقى في الحرم ساعات طويلة

L'hôtel est très bien situé juste à côté de la grande mosquée et la clock tower , le repas est très très bon

Un monsieur de la sécurité n'a pas voulu me laisser entrer dans l'hôtel parce que je n'avais pas ma carte de chambre alors que c'était le ramadan et que l'heure pour manger venait de sonner en plus de ça il été très désagréable, c'est vraiment n'importe quoi
