Location was great for us

It had a smell when you first enter room.

The newer bldg and kitchen equipment were convenient and reliable. The bed was pretty comfortable, the water pressure is good on the top floor, and having a comfy chair along with desk was nice. Plenty of parking.

The a/c didnt ever get cold. It would get cool, but it wouldnt get below 72° even when set on 65° and room got steamy after showers. Shower curtain got kinda mildew stinky after a week. The key cards regularly didnt work; had to go back downstairs to get them fixed all the time. Room is kinda dark. Nothing walkable for food.

Nice Room size, newer bldg/appliances, good water pressure top floor, comfy beds, lots of parking. Staff polite. Free laundry.

Air conditioning did not work well. Was coolish, but even set on 65°, it didnt seem to get below 72°. Got humid after showers. Keycards regularly didnt work, and it was a hassle going back downstairs to replace. Laundry was free, but machines didnt have a real spin cycle and the clothes were dripping when cycle done, even with really small loads. Needs some fixing. No restaurants, stores walkable.
