Loved the location. The room was very clean and quiet.

The amount of stairs to get to our room was challenging with suitcases. Secondary bedroom bed was uncomfortable to sleep on. Primary bed was great

I was allowed early access which was a big plus. Thank you very much!!! Love the location and friendly staff. The room was very clean!

Two out of three widows would not lock and remain closed but unlocked. Luckily the hotel had no outside traffic. At 7:00 am it appeared like the business below had some type of construction as we hear lots of banging noises. The bed mattress was too hard for me but my family did complain.
