L'originalité d'une chambre sur l'eau ainsi que la terrasse sur le toit avec une très belle vue sur les marais et flamants roses en bonus. Petite plage pour se rafraîchir. Proche du centre à pied. Très chouette endroit pour une nuit.

Una experiencia grata. Los barco/casas son muy confortables y constituyen una experiencia grata e insólita. Desgraciadamente, dado que soplaba viento norte, no pudimos disfrutar de la playa privada o el spa (en la propia salina). Buen desayuno, que te sirven a partir de las 9 de la mañana (si necesitas tomarlo antes, te dan la cesta la tarde del día previo). Personal amable y eficiente, pero llegan a las 9 de la mañana y se van a las 7 de la tarde.

No está lejos del centro (unos 10 minutos andando), pero al oscurecer hay poca iluminación en el camio que conduce desde la carretera a la entrada de las instalaciones.

We booked this as an accessible for wheelchair people and we could not even get from the platform in the room! we had to go to another place, and the person in charge told us its our problem and hang up the phone! very bad experience!! I here post my letter to booking services: Dear Booking.com Customer Service, I would like to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding our experience yesterday concerning our reservation and ultimately our inability to stay at Barcos Casa Aveiro in the city of Aveiro, Portugal. We are a film crew travelling for production purposes, and our two main presenters are wheelchair users with disabilities. The property listing on Booking.com explicitly stated that the accommodation was wheelchair accessible. In addition, before our arrival, I contacted the property owner directly to confirm accessibility. The owner replied that the accommodation was wheelchair accessible, mentioning only that the interior space was somewhat limited, which was not an issue for us. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the property was not actually accessible for wheelchair users. The floating dock leading to the accommodation was unstable, and the gap between the dock and the main entrance was impossible for a wheelchair to cross. There were no ramps or any accessibility solutions available that would allow wheelchair users to safely enter the property. We arrived late at night after filming all day, and the distress and hardship experienced by our disabled crew members was considerable. We tried ourselves to find a way to enter the accommodation, but it proved impossible. When we contacted the property owner for assistance, he was extremely rude and entirely unhelpful. He told us that our inability to access the property was “our problem,” refused to assist in any way, and ultimately hung up the phone on us. He also stated that he would not provide any refund

Logement spacieux avec 2 chambres et salle de bain chacune, toit terrasse incroyable pour un couché de soleil sur les marais salants.

La qualité de la literie est moyenne et les lits font beaucoup de bruit, dommage pour ce niveau de logement. L'eau du robinet a une odeur très nauséabonde par moment, il faut laisser l'eau s'écouler très longtemps avant de l'utiliser pour que cela s'estompe. Prévoir de l'eau potable en bouteille avec soi.
