House keeping or front desk manager was so good. I forgot her name. I had a issue with the room. She took it serious and solve my issues.

Breakfast was good although no fruit so limited. Room was good size and generally satisfactory.

Shower was tiny and you couldn't move with curtain sticking to you. Not a great hotel very mediocre distance from Haram about 25mins in rush hour and all up hill.

The only thing I liked about the hotel was the convenience of the location.

The rooms first and foremost the bathroom showers were all leaking, I appreciate the female manager showing me different rooms but then she discovered that they all leak. Secondly the hotel cards need charging every couple of days. Any hotel I've stayed at previously the cards works from check in time to check out time that's the first I've ever heard that a hotel room key cards needs charging. One of the receptionist female staff said she couldn't understand me when I was speaking English as she didn't speak fluent English or any English. The last thing was that the fire alarm went off for a few days at 12am midnight and when I would ring reception there would not be any answer. When I asked the next day I was told that someone was cooking but guest don't have the facilities to cook! Personally I would avoid
