Friendly welcome from Mark when we arrived. The room was adequate, a lot of diy was evident. Beds comfortable. Plenty of choice for breakfast and the lady who served us was also friendly and chatty.

Quite noisy on Saturday night.

Communal areas looked tired. Needs an uplift. Also the shower in our room was REALLY hard to switch on and off.

Great location, lovely building

Tv needs updating, only terrestrial channels. Sink and shower slow to drain. Decor could do with a refresh.
