Cost

I looked at the pictures and thought they had covered parking:none I looked at the pictues ang didn't realise the entry way felt like steep fire exit steps I looked atthe pictures and thought "balcony room" meant the rooms each had it's own balcony: no just the main entry to those rooms happens to a balcony hallway. I looked at the pictures and didn't realise the place is falling apart and my hot water heater was terrible.

The hotel is very close to the city center.

Water heater was not working. Unable to open bathroom closet because of rusted hinges. We stayed in Rm. 107 for 2 nights. We never stayed in the room the whole day. We were out of the room after breakfast and came back late at night. We were informed there was no cook on duty on our second day, we had to go out and find someplace to have breakfast. Please have those things I mentioned fixed. Thank you.

This stay was disappointing and not as advertised. The unit looked less than the photos - not updated photos as the real unit. The toilet had a persistent leak, causing water to pool the floor, walk-in closet door was broken, and small cockroaches inside. Pillowcases were torn, towels were very old and should've been replaced long ago, and the overall cleanliness was subpar. Breakfast was listed as included, but was told that was an extra charge - very misleading. Even if the rate is cheap, it's frustrating to be misled like that. The unit is not mentioned to be located on the second floor of a building with narrow stairs, which was difficult to manage if you have luggage. It's also directly next to or above bars that turn into party places at night, and the loud music and DJ music made it hard to rest in the evening. Even at a low price point, the false advertising and poor conditions made this stay not worth it. Not recommended at all.
