Near to where I am going

Hi, I just wanted to share some feedback regarding our stay. We noticed that reminders were sent 2 hours before checkout, even though the checkout time had already been clearly communicated during the briefing. It felt a bit unnecessary and slightly disruptive. Additionally, the rates posted online did not match what was actually applied on-site, which was quite disappointing. We hope this can be reviewed to ensure better consistency and a smoother guest experience moving forward. Thank you.
