we booked another room and first room they gave us was different where washing machine was working and we can’t sleep, so staff said that it was that room which we booked earlier but then they changed the room but it was also horrible, when you are going outside of the hotel there are homeless people everywhere and its not a quite place where tourist want to stay.

It doesn’t have anything to like

The front desk employee didn't greet me, didn't ask for anything, and instead I had to check myself in by offering up a greeting, my name, my credit card after a long flight and being very tired. I wasn't being paid to be hospitable, yet it was my responsibility to do so. The agent booked me in a very noisy room next to the janitor closet, where maid staff loudly talked, laughed, and loudly clanked cleaning supplies and tools. The staff's manager, a lady, at the front desk asked me five times for payment for a couple of small items from behind the front desk like a beverage and a dessert. I provided a credit card each time that she asked, and each time she'd ignore me and tell me to go to my room instead of allowing me to pay for it right then. Then she'd do something else like talk with another employee behind her and ignore me when I tried to pay. It was frankly rude and it felt like she didn't want to deal with me since I was a foreigner. The original front desk employee told me to go to their restaurant around the block for dinner, and when I arrived during the evening, nightfall already but within the dinner time period, there was a private birthday party going on for the owner. A polite man from the private party came outside and gave me directions to another restaurant, yet when I followed those directions, there was no restaurant. I walked through poverty stricken streets and eventually made my way to a hotel I had previously stayed at, blocks away. The next morning, I booked the other hotel that had a functioning restaurant, a functioning front desk and a quiet housekeeping department. Don't stay here, especially if you're a foreigner.

The customer service of the staff is really professional and welcoming. Active listening and paying attention to your concern and request. The room was cozy.

A bit noisy in the morning if you’re not an early morning person. The shower needs a bit of improvement.
