Tower Inn Makati Business Hotel

The lobby was nice and the staff was very attentive and good..

The shower wasn’t good enough, the curtain was short n the water goes everywhere , all over the floor….

The location is close to shopping centers.

Bring your own towels, soap and shampoo. Towels look unclean. The tv is working but the upper fourth of the screen has a smudge. The bedside lamp is not working.

The staff are friendly and it's close to a major shopping area.

The room was very hot. It was the height of summer so I expected that they would run the aircon to cool the room down before the guest checks in. But they hadn't. The room felt like an oven.

They said after I was paid that there wouldn't be wi-fi but there was on the first room floor. Upper floors still may not have it but you could request a change maybe. W/O wi-fi would have ruined it for me

The location is pretty good. Green belt is just few minutes away from the hotel.

The room is tiny and not clean. Amenities are poor. There is no hair dryer and shaving. They provide only one towel. There’s no hand towel or anything else. I woke up because of noise from outside. The wall is so thin that you can hear breathing from the next door.
