"avoid avoid avoid"

hotel is very isolated. we asked in advance and on arrival if taxis available and hotel confirmed they were. we were left stranded multiple times during our stay with no help from the hotel Receptionist (lady ) was completely incompetent.

The staff , specifically the staff behind the reception desk. refused to engage , did not respond to our questions, mis lead us on taxis available basically did not care we were stranded. refused to apologise for any inconvenience. wedding party until 2am meant we could not sleep
