The room was clean and massive but very outdated on the design. Airconditioning was not serviced properly as it was not cold enough. It takes a long time for the water heater to actually heat the water in showers.
BDThe location is great. The rooms are not maintained well at all. The shore hotel is separate from the shore hotel and residence by la Vista. Lavista is a virtual hotel, manage from somewhere in Nepal or India. My your rooms at the shore Hotel and residence by la Vista or any other virtual hotels.
The company that manages the rooms. It is not the shore hotel management but a company from Nepal or India called la Vista that is a virtual hotel management group. The rooms were never cleaned on time, there was mold in the toilet, did not get two towels. It is a very long list. Make sure that you book your room at The Shore hotel.

I hope they can improve the facilities, for example: >The shower gel and shampoo don't have labels, so it's unclear which bottle is shower gel and which is shampoo. >The towels and pillows have a slight odor. >The small pillows on the sofa also have an odor. But overall, I'm very satisfied with the environment and the facilities in the room.
