Really friendly, Restaurant within, closed tobthe Highway, quite

The staff was super friendly and very attentive to our needs. We especially enjoyed that the menu changed each day.

Bed was a bit firmer than we like

Basic room in a "motel" type building. Good enough for the price. Basic facilities but that's all I needed. I've stayed before and have returned again. Some issues with getting the keys from the service station across the road as the hotel reception was closed. Overall everything was fine.

The Pillows are useless, they offer no support at all. Czech pillows are not for me. Bed was VERY hard, but that was fine for me. Hotel reception was closed so a key was left for me at the service station across the road. Unfortunately they insisted I paid for the room but I had already paid in advance. Of course this couldn't be resolved until I could speak to someone at the hotel the next day. The next day the hotel tried to charge me again despite me showing proof I had paid several months earlier. It was eventually sorted but a little annoying.

Great restaurant with even better beer.

The location was good. The rooms were clean and the housekeepers were very nice.

The lady in the restaurant was very rude and the communication was a bit confusing because the personnel didn’t speak English. The rooms were cold and there was no option to increase the temperature.
