Location is central and near to eateries. Walkable distance to Miyazu old town hub but was closed when we were there. Owner is responsive to our message and friendly. Easy check in process.

Did not expect to share the property with another customer though we are using different room and we do not contact each other but was stress coz I have 2 kids and trying to keep their volume low to avoid any disturbance. Pillow a bit too flat and toilet has some strain of hair stuck on the wall. Air con filter is full of dust and after cleaning, the aircon is cooler.

This is like a homestay doing automatic check in with pwd and key. The check in procedure is very clear by mail. The place is within 5-10 min. to station, mipple supermarket, and boat duck. I can take bus or train or boat to 天橋立 easily.

Coto was a convenient location on our route around the coast. It was spotlessly clean and had ample room for our family. The bathroom was large and well equipped. There was another family with young children staying across the hall and we could easily hear them. But we had a pleasant stay.

The accomodation is really cute, super comfortable and super clean. The room and the bed sheets smell extremely well. The bathroom is spacious and super clean. I loved this accomodation.

The room sliding door does not provide good sound proof from the room on the opposite side (which is right in front). The accomodation is pretty quiet though.
