離超市近, 停車場在隔壁, 空間很大是雙床房, 有小廚房, 大冰箱, 烤箱, 微波爐, 廚房紙巾, 煮水壼, 餐具很多, 抽油煙機不會很吵雜, 浴室很乾淨空間也大, 檯面式洗手台夠大, 蓮蓬頭出水量大可控溫, 餐廳椅子夠多, 垃圾桶夠大, 房間窗簾很特別, 床頭就有各自的電源插座很方便, 衣架也有多個, 配有冷暖氣機

鍋子只有一個, 且塗層已剝落, 應該要更換了, 烤箱烤盤也該換了, 微波爐功率較低, 時間要較久, 可清楚地聽見隔壁房走路的聲音, 沒有寶可夢塔台, 沒有電梯, 沒有瓶裝水, 房門應該換個電子鎖, 棉被不是被套式是簡易型
