Value for money - 1.much nearer to all tourist places especially Gateway of India, Museum etc -2. Breakfast & dinner included in the room was good

The rooms old fashioned but comfortable with AC full working in summers & hot water for bath whenever required

Location was great, just near the gateway of India and the street was nice and a very convenient location. Room was a little old fashioned but I think that added to the charm of it in a way. Hotel breakfast was great!! They really took care of me on that score, nice room with balcony and AC, everything worked and can't really fault it in many ways. Also the staff were so friendly and made you feel welcome

Maybe it's a little on the pricey side for what it is, but at the same time, maybe that's just Mumbai for you I don't know. Either way I can't really fault it other than that

The location of YWCA International center is convenient . The staff’s were very polite and clean. The food was very tasty.

The Wi-Fi connect for Laptop can be improved.
