Hotel Grandeur-Near Mumbai International Airport

Bed sheets and rooms were smelling. Food was good. Credit card was not accepting initially. Later accepted.Location was good.

Rooms were smelling and had moisture. AC was old and not working properly. Wash room was not upto mark. Outer lock of wash room was not available. New and clean bed sheets not available.

Hotel was in poor condition with dilapidated walls and bathroom. Phone not working TV unit coming off the wall. No locks from inside. Had to change the room provided but the second one was not good either. Breakfast included promised but not provided. Hotel said food from outside not allowed had to order dinner but they brought that from the street vendors outside and gave to me in polybag. No proper staffs very rude ones.

Velmi blízko k letišti. Na ulici před hotelem je celý den i noc možné chytnout tuktuk nebo taxi, takže super. Teče teplá voda, wifi funguje, postel byla pohodlná.

Vybavení bylo starší, něco bylo trochu zanedbané. Pokoj byl cítit zatuchle, ale klimatizace to spravila. Celkově hotel nepůsobí vábným dojmem. Za oknem byl v noci ruch, ale nic extra.

Nous n’avons pas pu séjourner à l’hôtel Grandeur car ils avaient loué la chambre à quelqu’un d’autre , bien que nous ayons réservé avec Booking.com depuis la Suisse. Après un long vol en avion en famille et l’arrivée de nuit à 4h00, cela a été une très mauvaise surprise . J’avais déjà donné les coordonnées de ma carte bancaire.
