Nothing Just shit

No ethics. I was calling the reception infront of the manager. He lied on my face that you didn’t call me. Switches not working, changed room twice nothing worked. AC not working, no TV remote, Landline was not working, washbasin pipe was broken leading to sewage water coming on feet, no badic facilities available. Cockroaches on bed, urinal was leaking. No door latch. Girles were afraid. It is not safe

With this amount, to stay a day for emergency purpose is okay

Cleanliness is not good..there was a lizard in my room.. outside room, there was bad odor. Haven't provided breakfast even though I paid for it.
