Nice staff, good clean room

dont expect nice surrounding. Inside hotel is clean but outside of hotel nearby locality is mix of scrap shop and slum

I did not eat breakfast here. The place even for budget is lacking hygiene. Cockroaches you can understand, but mice and it's litter is unacceptable to be found in the room

Room was infested with cockroaches and rats. It was disappointing. I understand it's cheapest option you could get. But this is unacceptable. Lighting was good. Room size was acceptable.

Booking.com is a useless app.as i stayed in the addore palace hotel which is a worst hotel but you are asking for FabHotel where I didn't stayed.

They were demanding/blackmailing me to give more price which booking.com has no control

The property showcased in photos is completely different in first person perspective. Seems like AI generated photographs have been leveraged to advertise this hotel.

Food was good comfortable location its was great hotel 😃

Breakfast was not inculded .but the person serving it was polite abd got the thing delivered in time.

Cockroach in bathroom and on bed.mattess spring /coil was broken .dirty door mat.fan was just working on very fast or very slow.i was tired and needed a place to sleep comfortably but its was crawilng with insects.i have pictures and vidoe of the same.the towel was dirty.no hot water for bathing.
