PLVery helpfull and adorable staff, who care about your comfort and nice memories. This people really want to make your stay as good as possible. And it works great. Rooms are big enough, clean and very cosy. Localization is perfect, far away from noisy Munnar city center but close to local shops and nice restaurants. There is also KRCTC bus stop just around a corner. If you wish, you can go for a walk to the small river or among surrounding hills. I had warm, peacefull and relaxing time there. Highly recommended :)

FIPlace is cozy and shower had hot water. Location is very good, near restaurants. Helpful staff with local knowledge of buses and so on!
Wifi and internet didn't properly work in the room, and water ran out on the check out day. Staff started to fix the problem right away but we left without bath.
