The price was good in the location was great

The bed was so horribly hard so we tried the other bed the same thing absolutely miserable finally 2:30 in the morning I asked if I could get a refund they wouldn't give me one so she moved us up to another floor all the way at the end of the hall which wouldn't be bad except my husband and I are both handicapped which is why we had asked for a room closest possible not to have to walk so far then on top of that they have four handicap parking spots three of which were filled with people with no handicap tag or placard and they didn't know how to track them down to have them to move so we had to park further away and try to walk in which was horrible for us
