"Worst trip we have ever had."

Staff and location was great.

The king size bed in room 318 sucked. Both sides of the bed had big dips in them. We went to the Casino for a while when we arrived went back to the room for a nap when we woke up to go back to the Casino I woke up with my back hurting so bad we were unable to back to the Casino. Later that night I slept on the other side and woke up this morning feeling worse. To top it off the power went off and I had to walk down 3 flights of stairs with my back hurting just to leave this morning. We spent close to 300.00 for 2 nights and only spent 2 hours at the casino then had to turn around and drive 3 1/2 hours back home with my back killing m. The worst trip me and my husband ever had. Yes I would stay here again just not in room 318.

Cleanliness and staff

BEDS.... room 315 and 319 beds were horrible. We've stayed alot there and beds have been perfect. This stay was bad. Both rooms beds were terrible. Phone didnt work and TVs wouldn't stay on. Staff could never get them to work.

The staff was absolutely amazing for my parents. From the clerks to the breakfast staff. Lorraine Tasha and Hannah all were So sweet and helpful and welcoming
