the location is perfect and the wifi also . Rooms are big and it is surrounded by restaurants and super market and near to the main road

Very Bad Experience with the Receptionist I arrived at the hotel very late, shortly after midnight. When I reached the front desk, there was no one else waiting, and the reception area was completely empty. Unfortunately, the receptionist greeted me without any welcome, courtesy, or even a simple smile. The check-in process took an unusually long time, and every time I asked how much longer it would take, I received no response. To make matters worse, the room I was assigned was a nightmare. There was no air conditioning, no minibar refrigerator, and not even a telephone to contact reception. I had to go back downstairs to complain. Then came another surprise: when I explained that I urgently needed a minibar fridge to store some food, the receptionist informed me that all minibars had been removed from every room in the hotel( big liar). He then told me to discuss the matter with the room service staff. Thankfully, the room service employee was the only bright spot in this disappointing experience. He was polite, professional, and helpful. He immediately acknowledged that the room I had been assigned did not have functioning air conditioning and personally assisted me with my luggage to another room. The receptionist’s attitude and lack of professionalism created a very poor impression of the hotel. I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and have even recommended it to many tourists through my travel agency in Oman. However, after this experience, I will think very carefully before choosing La Rosa Hotel again or recommending it to my clients.

The staff are good

The cleaning is very very bad , I don’t think they even clean anything at all

for the amount its worth. location is perfect. rooms are very good.
