Room and hotel is good but one issue we faced

Very disappointing experience. The hotel was extremely noisy due to a party, with large crowds gathered outside the entrance, many people smoking, and no apparent crowd control from the hotel. We were traveling with children who felt uncomfortable and afraid because of the atmosphere. The situation was chaotic and not family-friendly. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided by your Housekeeping Staff (Mr. Raju) and his Supervisor (Mr. Veera) during my stay. The housekeeping team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, politeness, and attention to detail. My room was consistently maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and hygiene. The staff were always courteous, responsive, and willing to assist whenever needed. I would also like to commend the Housekeeping Supervisor for their outstanding leadership, coordination, and commitment to service excellence. The supervisor ensured that all requests were handled promptly and efficiently while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude. The dedication, professionalism, and customer-focused approach displayed by both the housekeeping staff and their supervisor significantly enhanced my overall experience at the hotel. Please convey my gratitude and appreciation to the entire housekeeping team for their remarkable efforts and excellent hospitality.

I would like to share my feedback regarding the vegetarian food options available during my stay. While the quality of the food was good, I found the variety of vegetarian meals and items to be quite limited. As a vegetarian guest, having a wider selection of vegetarian dishes would greatly enhance the dining experience and cater to diverse dietary preferences. I kindly request that more vegetarian options be included in the menu, particularly during breakfast, lunch, and dinner services. This would be highly appreciated by vegetarian guests and contribute to greater customer satisfaction.
