Nothing they didn't allow us to check in even though our booking was confirmed by booking.com and we also received confirmation message from the hotel.

Very worst experience I ever had.. they called us and said that they gave room to someone else.. at the last minute. The booking is still done on my name but given to someone else.How can someone be that irresponsible I consider this as a fraud and very bad experience from booking.com also. We as a family suffered so much that we didn't find any room that quick second. And we booked a random hotel from your site.. we tried to raise a complaint but it didn't connect to your customer support.. I will raise a complaint for sure.. and I hope your team replies or contacts me for this feedback.

The reception was very slow while delivering service there was no water. Fan was not working well the beds were not comfortable. The experience was unpleasant had to purchase water bottle which normally should be complimentary and the reception was not ready to give us the bill for the purchased water bottle and invoice for stay.
